This blouse is BLUE with white lace on the cuff, made by Frontier Classics.
It has a stand up collar that stands up just enough to look great, but not enough to be uncomfortable!
The sleeves are gathered and puffy at the top and the end of them is gathered into a pin tucked cuff with 4 working buttons.
The blouse buttons down the front and blouse and there are pretty pin tucks.
The back has a yoke and is gathered slightly in the middle for comfort and ease.
